I didn’t hate the place but I did pay an application fee online and completed the application and I haven’t gotten a response. It’s been about 2 weeks.

Good property, but when it was time to move, we were told we wouldn’t get a deposit back because it wasn’t cleaned. We cleaned the property, but I guess it wasn’t up to their standards. I understand taking out a cleaning fee, but to not get a deposit back at all? It costs $700 to pay someone to clean a house now?

We called and they said the property was unlocked and we could look. It wasn’t bad, but after we spent $30 on applications he didn’t answer our texts or calls about when we would know and when he finally responded he said that they property may already be rented out and there were many applications before mine.
