Subway

I've given the Dave Ward Dr. Subway shop multiple chances over the years. Every single order I've had has been wrong. How hard is it to make a sandwich?! If you can't remember, write it down!nTo top it off, I waited almost 15 min at the window with no one else in line, no one inside the shop, while the staff joked and messed about.nI'm done with this Subway. I'll go to one of the other three in town.

I have given them 3 chances using the Subway APP and all have had some part wrong.nn*Noticing that the APP and receipt are correct.*nnWill be using another Subway in town.

Disgusting salad and they put the ranch on the salad versus giving you your own cup. The chicken was undercooked and barely chopped. One reason I don’t like Subway.

I ordered online. I asked for a footlong tuna on Italian bread, toasted. With tomatoes, lettuce and black olives and mayo. Got home and unwrapped my sandwich and it's not toasted and had NO cheese. I looked on my receipt and it clearly says toasted with white american cheese. My husbands order was almost correct except his had no mayo. I am very let down by this. And the drive through window operators are so slow. I had to wait in line for ten minutes and with only three cars in front of me. I will not be going back to this location. I will drive the extra mile to Farris.

Very poor customer service. I was leaving because the service was slow and bad. As I exited the parking lot I noticed a female employee by the back smoking what smelled like Marijuana very bad for service
