Rubis Mexican Food

So I gave them a call, heard everything was homemade and thought I’d treat my wife, mother and I to some taco truck. It smelt amazing after getting back into car and when we started to eat you could taste the freshness of the food!

Some of the best Mexican food I've ever had! Tried almost the whole menu; tamales, empanadas, gorditas, and enchiladas. Gorditas were out of this world! The blend of flavors with fresh veggies was so good! Can't wait to come back!

The empanadas at Rubis are amazing! The tamales are delicious - everything we've eaten here has been fantastic! Highly recommend, one of the best food trucks in town!

Loved it...Had the Tamales...The Jalapeno and Cheese ones..they have Pork..Beef with Potatoes and Chicken Tamales for a LOW price...Also have Tacos..Menudo...Tortas..and MORE.. Drinks from glass bottles like back when the days were good...I suggest stopping and eating something...Make sure to get the green sauce!

Stopped here because we wanted something different from fast food. So glad we did. Great food, great service!
