I was running late from work and the store closes at 7. I called about 6:55 to see if they leave right at 7 or if they stay a little after. The lady asked how far I was and I said my GPS says 7:05. She told me she would wait for me no problem and I really appreciated her doing that for me. I have actually used them 3 or 4 times previously as well and have had the same great service everytime. Thank You!

I asked for medium starch on shirts. The shirts were so stiff, they were not wearable. They did not even offer a discount. I had them relaundered with no starch. When I picked them up, The tag still said medium starch. The shirts are stiff as a board and one is ruined with a huge yellow stain right across the front of the shirt. I will not be back.
Very nice, everything was exactly as we hoped it would be when it came back!
