The worst place to rent from. The lady that rented me a house, A week after I got settle in, she came over(she supposed to put in new carpet) My nieces had spend the night, she told me, no more than 3 kids are allowed in the house. I told her as long as she get her rent, whomever I have over is none of her bussiness. She told me to take my pool down, bc her insurance doesn't cover it(wth I thought she was crazy)Her insurance doesn't have anything to do with a Walmart poolud83dude15 I told her none of this were in the lease, and she shouldve said all of this before she rented to me. My family and I stayed there for a week, and moved back out. Thankfully she gave me my deposit back, but I would never deal with Ms. Moudy again(i think she got alltimers, because she changes everyday)I refuse to kiss her a$, she had no right to tell me what to do.For the record, I cleaned up the place before and aftet I left, thats why she didn't charge first month rent, only a deposit. Moral of story, she want renters that kiss up to her. Be careful who you rent from.

I recently called to inquire about possible vacant rentals. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and not very professional.
