I have lived here since last summer. It is nice and safe. The police patrol the area to make sure nothing is going on. The grounds are clean and the pool is beautiful.

These apartments are owned by a slumlord, who hires maintenance people who STEAL thing from your apartment. Yes, they steal! Several tenents have talked to each other and several have said that they have had things missing from their apartments after maintenance work was done, especially when the work is done when the tenants are not home. I would advise NO ONE to move into these apartments...they don't fix things, the places a raggedy, the maintenance men steal, and the Asian owner is a slumlord, who wants rent but sucks at maintaining HIS property. Rent at your own risk better yet JUST DONT RENT THERE!!!!!!!!!
