Went in at 8:20 hoping I could do a same day service and they were so kind to accept my load! I immediately received my clothes for my meeting in the afternoon and was very pleased with their quality service at such short notice. Watching the ladies hard at work gives me the sense of certainty that my clothes are given the most attention and care! Definitely taking my work clothes to Petes.
They lost my pants but did not take accountability for it. I dropped off several items. Evidently they miscounted and lost my pants. Went back the next day, they kept telling me to recheck but they never checked their facility. Being a customer for over 5 years I would not have expected that they would not search for my pants. They have lost my business.
Very friendly, kind, superb service. You can drive through and they will load the clothes for you.
I got 7 dress shirts cleaned and pressed for $15 same day pick up. Friendly staff.n*edited ... My husband took the shirts on his business trip and almost all of them have flaws pressed into the collar. Divets and mishapen - these were all new shirts, about a month old and perfect when they went in. Didn't think I had to go over it with a fine tooth comb before I left the place.
Clothing not clean, asked for heavy starch but got no starch.i wish I could them zero!
