I highly recommend renting with the Jander company. The employees were pleasant and easy to work with and the online portal for maintenance issues made reporting hassle free. Jander's quick response to any question or concern shows their respect for their customers. I was pleased with my experience with the Jander company.

I bought five homes in the Memphis area ten years ago, and just sold the last one. The Jander Group was my rental agent on all five, and did a fantastic job. The one tenant that gave me a problem Jander took them to small claims (without any involvement by me) and I got all my money. They were on top of everything, and I would recommend them to anyone.

This company does not work with families at all. He is RUDE and completely unreasonable. Not a single issue we have had, has he worked with us and tried to resolve. I would NOT recommend this company for anyone military or family oriented because they have no respect.
