Can't say anything nice about this slumlord. He will worry you to death for his rent but rather than put that money back into his business, he spends it to hoard animals. There are bugs galore, no outside lights, trash on the property and the buildings are falling to pieces. And he won't fix anything, absolutely nothing. One would be better off living in one's car or even a fridge box under an overpass.nOnly putting a star to post.

This owner was very good to us for a long time. The old saying is when it's bad it's really bad. No dryer for a year took my breaker out to fix another's and too over 17 months for him to finally get it fixed. My front door was kicked. Open and broke 4 years ago. Still not fixed. Front falling off apartment 4in gap from window.nEven if I am mad at Bill. Bill really tries to help but it's to much on him. It really is.
