The people who work there are nice but their houses omg... Those houses need some love I know people can be nasty but not everyone is the same those house need cleaning repairing I want to move so badly but when I seen those homes I may as well stay where I am. I guess you have to spend $1200 in rent to live decent because those homes not it...

The fact that I've been emailing the front office and calling about snails/slugs in our apartment and they've yet to send someone out to seal the cracks and crevaces in the kitchen is really frustrating. I'll be so glad when our lease is up!!! Smh. They obviously don't care but want the high rent each month.

Visiting AMS Realty was my first experience with a Property Management company. I knew I was in good hands the moment I walked in the office. The care I received from all AMS staff was above exceptional which is a breathe of fresh air these days. Feeling at home while trying to find your new home makes a sometimes horrible experience, smooth and peaceful. I highly recommend using AMS Realty, you will not be sorry.
