HORRIBLE I will never ever ever be back. I waited a hour. And there was only 3 cars. When I got to the window I was greeted bye a female and she asked me what I ordered. I repeated it she then told me that they didn’t have fries. They didn’t have Dr Pepper and they weren’t making more tea because wit was to late “it was 7pm.” Once I got home with my food it was nasty! My burgers were cold! I will never ever be back. I’ll drive to Memphis before I go to the west Memphis krystals again

The drive thru is terrible. They are very very slow, even with 4 vehicles. Don't waste you time. Take your money elsewhere.

Drive through didnt move and we ended up leaving if you go at night it just seems like the staff there doesn't care if you want to eat there or not. We sat there over 30 mins and no one moved. Its supposed to be fast food.
