They damaged my business suit. They said their equipment could not possibly do that. But I had never ever taken that suit to any other place. I wrote the owner a letter. He and the manager totally unresponsive. Only the check-in agent talked at all (she was very nice). I will look elsewhere for dry cleaning. Such a shame. I have been using for years. However, in spite of that, and very nice letter from me asking review, total disrespect in being totally silent to me. Apparent total and complete disregard to customer who has spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars with them through the years.

Awesome experience. The staff is refreshingly friendly. They have a fabulous process. Instead of just taking note of how many items you turn in, they note each item and it's description so that the articles are not lost. I was very impressed with how bright the white garments were.
I just stopped in this location to get a patch put on my nursing uniform. And the lady was unbelievably rude. I ended up walking out. Very disappointed.
