Worst mani and pedi I have ever gotten. Could not get them to warm up water during pedi, all items listed were not done. Nail techs running around hitting one another playing over tips... nail tech broke my natural nails... gel polish looks awful. And I paid $100 for these service .
My mother and I got our nails done a week ago or so. On arrival we were told the wait was 20 minutes we ended up waiting over an hour and half. The deluxe pedicure was not done the way they had told us with extra massage and lotion. My shellac manicure started chipping the next day. The lady was in a rush to get it done and did not push the cuticles back all the way. For the amount charged it was not worth the quality and did not stay on for long.
Terrible experience! Nail tech had a very bad attitude and did not want to fix the shape that she messed up on my nails. Had to ask a different nail tech to correct her mistake. Do not spend your hard earned money here!
Today my husband and I went to get pedicures for the first time at this location. I have never been uncomfortable in a nail salon. She rushed our pedicures and was extremely ruff when she was doing it. She was disrespectful to my husband and I. Everything that came out of her mouth was very judgmental and ignorant. I will never forget how the service was.
the service was not good. i waited 2 hours and THEN they skipped me on the sign sheet. my acrylics were lifted and filed down wayyy too much on the sides, i didn’t get the shape i asked for. i would not go here again :(
