Subway

Shout out to James at the Cloverleaf location. My son and I stopped in on a Friday evening, he was the only one working and he was slammed. There were people in the store, he continued to get several online orders. He never once showed stress or frustration. Way to go, James! This young man deserves a reward and a raise.

Had one person on staff at 11:15AM. Literally watched two other people walk out before I finally did due to the extremely long wait. I get that the owners want to make more profit by reducing labor percentages, but they lost some profit today by not having staff to serve their clientele. If this is what we can expect, long waits due to little staffing, we will not be back. Ridiculously poor service (not on the one staff person's side, she was doing the best she could).

My family and I went here for dinner. The location is convenient and we've always had a great experience at this subway location, until this last visit. The folks behind the counter weren't all that friendly and on of the two employees seemed to be rather rude. I had given the first order and stated what type of bread and meat, this fella then asked me what type of meat; only after I had said it 3 times. He then starts on my daughter's sandwich and is rude to her too because she is soft spoken. He then asked if it was to be toasted, without asking if cheese was to be on the sandwich, and tossed it into the toaster. Well, you see where I am going with this so I'll stop right there. The photo that I have attached shows what my wife's sandwich looked like when I got home with it. And all the management had to say about it was she would share me experience with her team and use it as a learning tool. Just a reminder, it was her team who gave me that experience in the first place.

#1 location in my area hands down. They always get my order right and have it ready in the estimated time advised in the app. Rather go out of my route then to go to another location.
