Awful company crooked ways. Lived in one of there houses for 2 years I moved in they wouldn't do repairs It was put on me. Thats fine it was very cheap rent. Then after the house received upgrades on my dollar. They came in once to inspect seen it was nicer than what it was before. The guy commented on it saying we've turned the place around.then 2 weeks later they called and said we had been late on rent our 3rd month of living there and it racked up late payments. And we needed to pay 3 times our rent amount to stay or be evicted so we just moved out. Then seen it online posted for double the rent we was paying. So that should tell you the story there they wanted us out because it was now worth more.

It didn’t occur to me to leave a review of this company til I saw they have 2 1/2 stars. Many ppl say the houses are dumps or the staff is rude etc. They fail to mention this company charges EXTREMELY low rental fees. You want to complain about roaches/mice yet your monthly fee is $250. That’s what I was paying. One of the ladies who works there is a bit of a smart-Alec but they always made sure I had adequate heating and cooling. This company is truly a godsend for the less fortunate or those experiencing a rough patch in life and can’t afford better. $250/mo rent for a two bedroom is virtually unheard of otherwise. Me and my daughter were lucky to come across this place after leaving an abusive relationship.

Very friendly excellent people as far as I can see. I'm getting my free months rent this month. I'm in my 50s and never got a free month from any other land lord. I like my house fine and any time ive had a problem they are quick to fix it.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE WOMEN!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNEDUCATED!!nBoth women (one being the owner) I spoke with were rude and condescending. I initially called asking a question about a property, the woman sounded frustrated and didn’t answer my question. I asked who I was speaking with and she said it was non of my business. I then informed her about her customer service etiquette and how unprofessional it was. She told me she was the owner and said,“Oh, well good for you!” And hung up on me!nnI can’t imagine signing a contract and putting up with this kind of dishonorable behavior! No thanks!!! -10 STARS
