I came in for a pedicure with my sister and they were not following protocol. They didn’t take our temperature when we arrived. The technicians were bouncing between customers without washing their hands or sanitizing. There was no bag in the pedicure bowl and the water was not warm. We finally had to go after another patron starting coughing.
The door says they open at 9:30 but they NEVER open until around 10:30. The two women who work here are very nice but it doesn’t matter in what order customers come in, they will work on whoever they want to when they want to. Any time you come here you’ll be here two hours or more just waiting.
