The owner demanded that I pay $10 for a plastic liner after I changed my mind about getting a pedicure. The nail tech ran a basin full of cold water and ran off. I informed another tech that the water was cold, to which she responded by running about a centimeter of warm water into an already full basin. I informed the technician that I would make an appointment to return the next day. As I was making the appointment, the owner basically demanded that I pay $10 for the liner. I paid the $10 and left. I will never again go to iSpa nail salon. They are rude, unprofessional and pushy. There are several other salons in town that are not run by someone as horrible as this “lady”. Please spend your money somewhere else.

Best nail salon in Jonesboro!! They do an amazing job and make sure your nail are done the way u want them done.. love love love this place

Would give 0 if I could. Horrible experience. Extremely rude. Have been several times and not all technicians are good. Cannot be guaranteed your nails will look good and for the cost is too much of a gamble. They charge too much for a dip nail, but all the salons do. Google how to do dip nails. If you can paint your nails you can do your own. The cost of the products on amazon will pay for themselves quick and you don’t have to be treated rudely. If you want that though just talk bad to yourself in the mirror and you’ll still save money.

was my first time coming here due to a friend recommending them I feel like the gentleman rush to get my nails done not worth $45 also 2 fell off already
