The quality of the rental properties are terrible. I have lived in one for almost a year, and somehow it feels like everything in my apartment has broke in one way or another. I call the maintenance number and no one shows up. I call again, no one shows up. I call again about a request I made months ago, no one shows up. I’m in college, and my roommates and I pay too much money for things to not be fixed. I currently have my fridge in the middle of my kitchen because the outlet fried and sent sparks flying. I could write a list of all the problems I’ve had that have/have not been fixed in the span of the 10 months I’ve lived here.

I was told I had to pay 1 year worth of rent for my nephew in order to get an apartment from Century 21. I went to the bank, got a cashier's check. That is what Chris said to do. I am still waiting to get some issues resolved. I texted him 2 weeks ago regarding the issues. I have not heard anything from him. It took them forever to remove some old mattresses from the back door of my nephew's apartment. Chris does not do what he says he will do!!! He didn't have a problem accepting 1 year worth of rent. I give them 1 star for not giving a hoot about their tenants.

The culture and work ethic at Century 21 Wright-Pace are by far the greatest assets. Customer service is the number one priority. No other company works harder to ensure the happiness of their clientele. Amazing leadership, amazing development opportunities and amazing co-workers.

Century 21 is the best!! I have used them to purchase 2 homes and sell one. Both times were great. Accommodating and worked with my budget. Have great advice. Would definitely use them again!!

Chrissie and Jason worked tirelessly to make sure that we got the home we wanted to be in. You can tell she loves what she does! Jason was plain and honest with us, which we appreciated because we are buying from out of state. It felt great to have these two on our side! If you trust anyone else to represent you, then you should think twice. Thanks again Chrissie and Jason!
