My husband and I applied and was told that once everything came back then we would get a call in a day or two. Never received that call so I called and was told that we were denied. I asked why and was told they use a 3rd party company and don't tell them why a person is denied nor do they have a number for me to call and ask why we were denied. Amanda (one of the ladies that works there) told me that it could have between credit, criminal background, or income but we both have 650 credit, never been to jail, and we are currently paying 1,000 in rent and their rent was 795 so how could it possibly be income? I just don't like the fact that we paid an application fee and was denied with no explanation!

GOD AWFUL. My experience with HP was nothing short of a nightmare!!!! Be FULLY PREPARED to be judged and/or negatively scrutinized the moment you walk in doors of office. Entitled “better than you” mentality shown by everyone in office each time I have gone. ESPECIALLY by Dakea. If you have no other choice but to go to HP, make sure you DO NOT GET DAKEA for help!!!!! She is manager but TOTAL joke of it. Maintenance’s usually take 3 weeks on average

I’ve lived in a HP property for over five years. They are always friendly and helpful. If I have a maintenance concern it is taken care of very quickly. Dakea in the front office has always shown professionalism and is very helpful whenever I have any concerns. I would definitely recommend HP if you’re looking for a place. The properties are very nice, clean, and well taken care of. I always get compliments on my placeud83dude01.

My name is Trinity Abbott. I have lived in the 5 star townhouses for almost a year now and it has been the worst experience of my life. I felt unsafe and scared to fall asleep every night. I have had to call the cops multiple times to the apartment because it was always getting broken into and my car was broken into as well. Almost everyone there sales drugs and I would not recommend them to anyone. I wish someone told me this before i moved in. I hope this review helps other young people my age. Thank you.

The HP staff has been helpful and tried their best to accommodate us with a last minute move, which we are so grateful for! The reviews about how bad the staff is, is confusing as we have probably called and went to the office way over a handful of times and they’re always super nice. Our place has a few minor issues but nothing too serious that can’t be fixed once we make a work order. Parking is great, we have designated spots right by the door. We are so excited to have a place that feels like a home!!
