Blake Snow with Live Oak Real Estate was so awesome to work with! I loved being able to do a lot of paperwork via email with electronic signatures. We were able to communicate with Blake via text any time of the day and ask questions and get advise. Blake showed us our dream home and helped negotiate the deal of a life time. He understands the ins and outs of the real estate business and has your best interest at heart. He wasn't pushy or overbearing when it came to us making a decision. This company is great! As a first time home buyer there were several obstacles and issues along the way, but Brooke Harrell took care of it all and made it so easy. My wife and I couldn't be more happy with our new home. If you need a realtor, look no further. Give them a call whether you are shopping for a home or listing a home. They'll take care of it all.
