Everyone, if you can avoid it, don't rent from anyone else in Jonesboro! (Unless of course you already know them and they're great ;)) It really felt like my previous apt realtor was after as much money as they could get out of me. These people are not like that. They are fair! Leave the place a complete wreck, well, you'll probably not see any deposit back. Pay your rent on time and deep clean the appliances, get all your stuff out, and clean it like it was when you moved in, and we got our deposit back. It's so refreshing to know there are reasonable people out there in renting real-estate. We appreciate you guys so much.

These people are apathetic and incompetent. They are notorious for collecting fees to do a background check knowing they already have a renter. I was told I can come to the office to pick up a key to view a place only to arrange a lunch break at the last minute, drive to their office to be told that someone else was just given the key but I can go look while they look. I don’t know who is looking at the house so that is not only unprofessional but also awkward and dangerous. I would not rent from these people if my only other option was to sleep on a park bench. There is too much competition to treat anyone as if they are an inconvenience. I will never inconvenience anyone working for this joke of a company again.
