Visual and Performing Arts School

This school is the absolute best school I have ever been to. I have been there for all of my six years and have had the best time of my life.Like with the plays and the Music, Dance, Drama ,PE and the Art teachers are all amazing I had the best last year at this school I could have ever had and you make the greatest friends you will ever make there in those walls of that schools and the teachers are amazing !!!!

It's a cool place. My daughter is in the 1st grade and she loves it.

i actually go there and it is a very fun school to go to it is not like other schools we have Dance, drama, Music, and etc. .

Tried to get 504 plan transferred all year from Dallas when my child got in trouble the first month.Wrote letters and called asking abt it and had no return messages. Went up to the school and still didn't receive it til Feb. Then they sit me with a counselor who barely be at the school and doesnt spend time with my child to sit down with me and tell me my child is doing great and all she wanted to was take stuff off but nothing added on. Showing me wrong grades and making it like my child is doing well making A and B which was her progress for then which was like 2 weeks in the 9 wks when she really wasn't. Shes had a F every 9 wks. Then less than a week after they call me cause she's in detention for something that should have been covered by the 504 plan. I loved Hillcrest when I went there. I knew Mrs C cared for us and abt out grdes. Now the school and people in charge have changed and don't feel the same. Glad this is my childs only year there.
