The place had at least 8-9 employees who didn't even acknowledge my family had entered the establishment. I worker who was outside smoking with 2 more coworkers and security officer came in to give us menus and drinks. She took our order and was very polite. When our food arrived some of it was burnt and my eggs were raw. I gave this a 2 because one worker had great customer service but the food wasn't good

One thing I always look at in a restaurant is the cleanliness of the floor. When there is buildup of old food where the floor meets the wall ot makes my stomach churn. This filth wasn't from a busy rush but from lack of being cleaned properly over time. One of my favorite places to eat but I won't be back to that one.
