The ladies were very nice. I went in before 9, as they advertise in by 9 out by 5, but they said they couldn't have it ready by 5. That's fine, they said I could pick up next morning. Pick up, paid, got home and the blazer I had pressed was a bit wrinkled. The brand new dress shirt had the plastic pieces in the collar. I guess they left in while pressing, and now you can see a residue from them on the outside of the collar. Ruined...needed for business trip. Too late to fix.
