This place is awesome. It's super clean. It has a soap dispenser, coin dispenser and clean bathrooms. An ATM, TV and laundry carts. They also offer drop-off service. And the attendants are so polite.

Arrived at 9pm and was told it was too late to wash. I asked if the hours were until 10pm and was told he dont make the rules. I only had a couple of Jean's to wash so an hour would have been enough time. They should change there hours to reflect the 9pm rule.

I've spent tons of money in this place and the last two times I went on Sunday between the hours of 9:30-12, the attendant in there literally harassed me the whole time for not wearing a mask! I sat out in the car while my clothes washed and dryed, the times I went in she kept bringing up the mask and asking me if my clothes were done yet. I told her I have Asthma and Anxiety and that my doctor advised me not to wear one. The last time I went in there the same woman and a customer bullied right out the door, I asked for my money back so I could just go to another place and she refused me my money back, so I left with my clothes wet, extremely embarrassed, shaking badly, and crying! I've never felt so embarrassed in all my life! I will never go back to this place again! There is absolutely no sense in the way that lady treats people!!

This place is awesome! It was so clean and the lady who worked tonight was so kind and helped me with everything I need help with!
