I've never had a worse experience at a salon. I asked for a red to blonde ombre on my already foiled blonde very long hair, the stylist re-bleached the blonde and fried it all, just to mention the worst thing she did. I was there from 5-9:45 that night the next day I asked for my money back she said she would do a deep conditioner (my hair was coming out in gobs) Another stylist held her hand while she tried to fix my fire engine red with brown spots everywhere, it still looks terrible and she had to cut over 4 inches off of the fried beyond repair blonde when I just had an inch taken off a week before. My hair is still fried I will have to get another inch or two off, it's just terrible! I would of rather taken back my $150 and went somewhere else to get it fixed. To top it off the stylist (Leann) said I should expect the blonde to be fried, and I think that it's common most basic knowledge to not re bleach hair that is already blonde in the first place!!!! Basically I paid $150 to lose my long healthy hair, thanks Tanglez Salon/ Leann Dow. SOOOOO angry and upset its not funny! Do not go to this stylist or you will pay financially and it will cost you your hair as well!!!
