Best property management group I've worked with.

This Realty Group really screwed us over. They are very poor at communicating tenant responsibilities and do not meet the needs of their tenants, definitely not in a timely manner. They do not do a good job at maintaining their facilities, and properties and they will end the lease early, with no stated cause. This has been stressful for us because this was out first time renting a home. They made that experience taxing and then furthered it to state that if we are not out of the house earlier then the contract that we signed, they would then charge us $100.00 a day. when we weren't even planning on renewing the contract in the first place. The house turned out to be a nightmare and definitely not worth $100/a day. I would keep looking for a better option because this one is not what it seems. Wish we would have been treated like people instead of profit. Best of luck
