I’m extremely fortunate to have met Christina Stoller with Windemere Crest Realty! From the moment she showed us the first home we were interested in, she proved herself as a highly Professional Realtor with a “can do - positive attitude”. During the purchase process, Christina was immediately responsive to my phone calls, texts and emails as well as keeping me informed every step of the way. She went above and beyond to make the home buying process as painless and stress free as possible. Christina is extremely personable and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Christina to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property.

I am pretty upset with this firm/realtor. We were trying to buy a home that went on the market next to our families house. We contacted the realtor bob Raymond with an offer. We waited days. After a week of no response I went back to the firm to talk to him. He said he will let me know the next day after talking to the home owners. The next day he said that they wanted to keep it on the market to get more offers but seems like it was a lie, after seeing the home owners they said they were wanting to sell fast and in our price range to what we offered. When we asked them if they got an offer they said they having spoke to the realtor yet which was days after we spoke to him. At this point I am extramly annoyed having to deal with the realtor that is unprofessional, takes his time, and obviously can care less with this property. We were waiting for them to contact us again to offer the full 350k they were asking for it. Realtor again, didn’t respond. This was the most draining time, and just extreme emotional stress, wanting the house next to your families home, but dealing with an unprofessional realtor. Not being able to wait any longer due to the timeline of our loan, we purchased another home. 4-5 months later that house we wanted was still on the market and only 6 months after standing the house sold 5k less then what we originally offered. It’s just extremely disappointing to see. I wasn’t going to write this review, but it was just a terrible review. We didn’t get the home we so desperately wanted due to this realtors lack of care,.

We picked Windermere for our realty needs, and we felt very fortunate to have Christine Bourquin as our relator to help us get through the process of selling our property. We found a buyer quickly, but the buyer kept adding roadblocks and delays. Christine worked tirelessly to smooth these issues and make a bad situation great. She answered many question that we had, and made the selling and signing of papers as smoothly as one would expect, even with the delays she had to deal with. We would highly recommend Christine and Windermere.
