Columbia Ridge Apartments

I've lived here for over 5 years and it WAS worth a 5 star vote. But seeing how the new management wants to include neighbors water in your bill now, easy 1 star review for bad business practices. Maintenance is still on top of stuff, but I can't justify living in a place where you have to pay because a neighbor uses water. ud83dudc4eud83dudc4e

Love the play grounds here and moving here had been pretty quiet except the trains at night that's the only thing I dont Iike.

The pool heater didn't work at all last year so the pool wasn't really comfortably usable. But that's pretty much my only complaint. I love it here. And I love how much guest parking there is.

I seriously miss living here. I moved out about a year ago. I LOVED the 3 playgrounds! Maintenance was on top of things and the grounds were kept neat. Jamie and Michelle make a wonderful team and were always courteous. If you are looking for a great place to be, Columbia Ridge is where it's at! The clubhouse there is available to reserve for events, which is VERY convenient for like Birthday parties and such. OH MY GOODNESS! I almost forgot about the sauna and fitness center. Get your sweat on without ever leaving property! :)

I lived at Columbia Ridge for about a year, recently moved to Clackamas for a job. I already miss the property manager Jamie, she was always on top of things and always provided phenomenal customer service. The location of the property is very convenient. Only a 2 minute walk to Subway, Plaid Pantry, and Red Apple!
