Columbia Trails

I absolutely LOVE living at the Columbia Trails. This is going on my 3rd month at this property & hoping to never leave! This was my first big move on my own & they have made me feel like family from day 1. Moving in was a breeze with Shawna. It's located in the heart of Gresham. As a young woman living by herself in the city, I've always felt safe, comfortable, & right at home. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Moved in with my girlfriend a month ago and it’s really quiet here. Its dope to finally be in a spot that you don’t have to worry bout nothing. I really do like it here, and our neighbors are super chill. Everyone is really friendly. Glad we have somewhere that allows our pets too. Emilio is really quick with doing our work orders and the two girls in the office Heather and Tiffany are always super dope to work with.

I called the office and spoke with Heather. I had a lot of questions that she was more than happy to answer. Scheduled a tour with Tiffany and she was amazing! I then followed up and spoke to Shawna . I can't tell you how wonderful it is to actually talk to people in the office who are so dedicated to their jobs. The whole staff was so pleasant and helpful, I'll be putting in my application soon!!

I have had the pleasure of working with Tiffany and she has exceeded my expectations. I was helping a friend find his apartment home and I was really impressed with not only the apartments but the outside as well. It’s very clean and quiet. Tiffany has been stellar too. She’s had such great communication between my friend and I and made sure I was told all of the information as well as my friend. Really recommend touring here.

I have lived here for quite a few years. In fact I'd bet you I'm the longest standing tenant here. I have lived in 3 separate units here and have thoroughly enjoyed them all. The initial application was quite some time ago, but I remember it as if it was yesterday. It was a sunny day and I was driving around looking for places to rent. I stumbled across Columbia Trails. At first I was in awe of how beautiful the community is, it really is a sight for sore eyes. The landscaping was luscious and the buildings were STUNNING. I couldn’t believe my eyes. Then I walked into the office and was greeted with such pleasure and enthusiasm. I knew right away I wanted to live here. The tour was a delight. The next few years I continued living in my quaint one bedroom and I thought to myself, wow I’d love to have some more space… I walked down to the leasing office and spoke with the manager at the time and I started my transfer into a two bedroom. The step up in space was an absolute game changer for me. I loved that apartment, I truly did. But after a couple years, my body started to show my age and I needed a ground level apartment. So what do you think I did next? I marched down to the leasing office yet again to bug these poor workers… I asked for a transfer and surprisingly they had another two bedroom available on the first floor. It’s been fantastic living here and hope I never have to leave. I recently worked with Shawna on getting my renewal done and she has been nothing less than wonderful. Her professionalism is something everyone should strive towards. Thank you everyone at Columbia Trails… from the bottom of my heart.
