Do Not Use This Company! They do not provide a written copy of the quote and then change it after you have agreed verbally. They cut holes in your walls to dry things out but do not repair any of the holes they leave in your walls. You have to pay extra to have the holes repaired, but they don't tell you this until its too late and they can shaft you for more money. Avoid them. Go somewhere else.
I had a fire in my rental house. Steve, Ann and the gang stepped in and treated me like family and took a load off my mind. I didn't have to worry about anything! They are very professional as well as accommodating. They are absolutely amazing and I would use them for projects around my Mom and Dad's if we lived closer! Definitely 5 Stars!!!
I had a water damage at my house a couple of weeks ago. I had no idea what to do, but I am glad I called Servpro. They handled every aspect of my disaster with great professionalism.
