I currently live here, and my BIGGEST issue here is the people they let rent here. So much drug dealing and bad people around here. Everyone here management and maintaince wise are always really friendly. I have one of the older apartments and they come fix what they can. Just wish they wouldn't let the people they do here. Or we need more security.

They evicted me the week before eviction became illegal. I went from a disabled vet to a homless disabled vetran. They gave me less then a week to move and told me not to worry about reporting the damages to the place then stuck me with a $4,000 bill after I moved out. Now I'm homeless, lost my job with uber, and on the hook for $4,000 so basically this place is the reason for so many homless.

The apartments are cute for their age. You can tell they are slowly trying to update them. Only thing I would really diss on is the garbage and recycling area, it’s always full and gross from people just dumping everything and trash digging.

Good management, pretty quiet at night. Garbage sometimes gets full and over flowing, but is taken care of. Would recommend for a first time renter, or something temporarily.

I never had a huge problem living here, it was all small minute things.nWhile touring & putting in applications, we were told we’re applying for a certain apartment on the north side. However, after approval they told us we’d have to move into a different unit. Not once, but twice they told us this. We never even got to see the unit they assigned us until after we moved in. Once we did move in, it definitely was not move in ready. The dishwasher had a foul smell as if it was moldy from the inside out, cabinets were squeaky and screws were rusty. There were numerous holes & cracks that needed fixing. Not to mention when bringing this issue up, the manager at the time told us “well we have a lot of move ins this week so we’ve been focusing on those.” As if I wasn’t already moved in and clearly upset by the condition in which we moved into.nWe also had a huge cold draft coming into our apartment complex through the fan in the bathroom. The maintenance guy assured us the flap only goes one way, but tell that to my $200 electric bill each month in the winter. We didn’t even stay every hour of the day in the winter, as were full time employees & students. Our unit could never get above 65 degrees, otherwise we’d be paying upwards of $250 in electricity.nThere is a lot of homeless foot traffic, & on multiple occasions I’ve seen random people who don’t live here coming into the pool after business hours to wash and bathe themselves in the swimming pool.nOther than that, we kept to ourselves & had no issue with paying rent on the portal online, or anything bigger than that.nThe price is not worth it however, especially with how outdated the units are and they don’t even include washer dryers in the units.nThe cabinets have a musty smell & are the original ones from when this complex was built, all they’ve done is painted over them multiple times. But paint doesn’t mask everything, hence why they are smelly.
