Hit and miss, bean burrito no onion was loaded with onion, got hard shell instead of soft tacos that still didn’t have the right stuff on them, Mexican pizza wasn’t cut and no sauce in the bag at all after asking for it. They were not busy

Speedy service yummy food

I order my lunch from there online usually and they consistently screw up orders. My order today consisted of three items and all three of them were wrong. There are some genuinely nice people who work there and then there’s some who act like you’re offending their soul by having the audacity to come pick up your order. I go there because of proximity and cost, but it’s not worth it anymore. That’s how bad it’s gotten.

The people working at the window were very rude they had no greeting no smile no conversation and act like they would die if they touched us at all while exchanging money payment and food

We enjoy using the Taco Bell app to order our food online before we go to the drive-thru. The employees are always very kind. I have visited several times and have never had an issue. My husband and son would love to eat here more often if I would let them, haha.
