The woman I met with (Rhonda, I believe) was extremely unprofessional. I was disappointed and disheartened upon my interaction with her. The gentleman named Steve was very pleasant and apologized for her behavior, but I would not recommend giving them your business.

Whatever you do don’t use brandi! AWFUL experience .Not what we had in mind for buying our first home. Lesson learned for sure. Best advice my husband and I can give is to never go with who they recommend as far as the lender and so on. Do your research and find your own lender otherwise you will be screwed over. We were lied to and ripped off. Sadly we didn’t realize everything until the end and at that point we were just ready to be done with everyone and get it over with. I hope to never go through a process like the one we did with this company. I could sit and say exactly how we felt about it all and every little thing they lied to us about and how they ripped us off 2,000 dollars at closing. But that won’t change anything this review is to just give someone a heads up who is looking to buy a home. Pick someone else.
