Plumber responded very quickly when I requested an estimate to fix a leaky shower faucet - on a Sunday, no less! - and was able to come out the next morning. My dad met him at my home as I had to work and he was very transparent with text communication with me throughout the process and verbal communication with my dad. Quality work with warranty and reasonably priced. Absolutely would recommend.

He came to assess many problems and fixed one on the spot. He gave many quotes to me. The prices were very reasonable. He even worked on the weekend. Very professional and knowledgeable and explained things very well. He was polite. It is good to work with a local person instead of a national chain. He is now my go-to plumber.

I have to say, this was the best experience I've ever had with a plumber. I've been trying to get a hold of a plumber to come look at my home for like the last 3 weeks! Almost every one of them had some kind of excuse or were very unreliable. But Diligent plumbing is soo so different!nnVitaliy was sooo knowledgeable, friendly, RELIABLE and on time! I highly highly recommend him! He's not a guy who tries to just make money off of you. Again guys, really recommend this guy!

Vitaliy deserves more than 5 stars. He came out at 10:00 p.m. on Sunday to repair leak. He is professional, honest in really friendly person.
