Had water leaking out of the wall due to a cracking ice maker water supply brass vault . I decided to call Wolcott since they ran our brand new house plumbing system about a year and haft ago. Figure out that my house wont be covered under their 1 year limit warranty policy even with a possibility defectives part. That’s fine, still got an appointment because they are local and did build my house plumbing. The technician showed up on time (its a good sign) and checked out the cracking vault. After couple minutes, give me a $450 dollar estimate just for replacing a ice maker vault which took him 20 minutes in and out of my house. Asked the technician for a second thought on a vault just only a year and haft year old, so he able to give ma reasonable price after looking at it again. The technician did got the job done, quick, and clean after himself (its a plus for the cleaning). After the technician left, I figured out that the previous technician who built the house installed the vault as a 30 degree angle for a reason so i can push the refrigerator closer to the wall but this new guy installed the new vault straight 90 degrees so i couldn’t push the refrigerator to the wall as close as it used to be ( I guess it all about experience). So Wolcott is able to get the job done but you have to do some research and know what you are looking for because different technicians have different skills and experiences. So you will end up like me with the registration sticking out so far due to the angle of the vault sitting. I hope that Wolcott come up with a better pricing system so homeowners wont be surprised when the technician shows up and tell them the price.

Hi, I had Anthony come out and help me with my rain drains from the gutters to the street. I am putting up new gutters so I was in a pinch. I call and had him out ... on time and ready to go! We found ourselves in a bad spot from the gate. Every one was cloggged . Anthony used every resource he had available. I was impressed with the tools he had at the ready. This young man went at it like a honey badger! He got them cleared out until we ran a camera through to the light at the end of the tunnel. Grant was awesome. Found and repaired the leak in less than 10 minutes and struck up a fun conversation with him while doing it. Definitely recommend and already going to ask for him specifically to fix a leak on a home were planning to move into soon!
