Fast Water Heater Company

Adam and his colleague (sorry, I can't recall his name) did an excellent job removing our old gas water heater and replacing it with a much larger heat pump water heater. They were detailed before the job about what to expect and what things would cost; their workmanship looks clean and precise; and they provided a great demo of how to operate the new unit and information about follow up service. Last night, my kid noticed that our water heater was leaking. We started calling around and through Home Depot, we got to Fast Water Heater Company. And they were fast.nThe person on the phone gave me every piece of information and what to expect. He also suggested what I should do to current heater for safety. He gave me few options and I selected one of the water heaters with slightly bigger capacity.nNext morning, they showed up, within 14 hours of the original call, and a single person installed the whole system, doing everything he was needed to do. We are very happy, and would recommend them to anyone. I would love to use them again (hopefully not soon).

Fantastic service and attention to details! Nathan and his teammate Jim were quick and efficient and found creative solutions that seemed not readily possible in the beginning. Would definitely hire them again!

It was a tough job. The old water heater was located in the basement and in pretty rough shape but Adam and Jim managed to get it out without scratching the stairway. All in all the entire process took a little over two hours. I'm very happy with the outcome and highly recommend Fast Water Heater Company.
