While selling my mobile home and land, she called me out of the blue one day to say that the roof in the bedroom had sprung a massive leak and caved in, everything was wet and covered in mold and mildew, but she found a nice couple to take it off my hands for $5,000 to save me the expense of tearing it down. I left work early in tears and headed straight over to see the damage...and there wasn't any. Everything was fine.
