Just want to say Justin is a prime example of giving Legendary Customer service! I ran over a nail on the way to Bridal Vail waterfall and pulled up to TSC where Justin came outside and Not only gave me his personal plugs to plug the hole But done the work and thought me how to do it. YOU CAN NOT FIND THAT KIND OF SERVICE ANYWHERE ELSE. He even put the fit a flat in that I purchased and refused a tip. Thanks again Justin!
The place was filthy, customer service was terrible, seen five employees all standing together, they all seen me and not one word was said to me from any of them. They watched me as I searched to find what I went there for and one offered any assistance to me. I had to approach them and ask for help. They need a customer service overhaul
