Dave Carlton and his group are the most outstanding company in the area there is one other company that they compete with it's owned by a female I will not bring her name up.nAnybody looking for a home or looking to sell should never ever go to her she's on the same street as Dave ,,,route 16 in Greers ferry,nBut Dave is a man of his word and he will always keep you informed and he will give you and /or get you the best price possible that he can for your property. He is one very good outstanding Christian man and very supportive of all the local charities in the area and engages in fishing tournaments and many other activities to raise money for the area. Listed a lake front lot for sale with this agency. Was placed on MLS and that was the last I heard from them except when I would contact them. Did not even contact me to relist when contract expired. If your looking for someone to actively promote your property this is not the agency.
