It good for a roof over your head and we have a nice landlord but down side we have no playground for are kids to play at

Current landlord has been harassing us about our friend visiting us. He claims that she is not allowed on the property, but has no restraining order against her. He threatened to evict us if she shows up again. My mother is on oxygen 24/7 and does NOT have a portable tank to sustain her. Being evicted like this could kill her. In addition, the landlord has been spying on us and recording us without our knowledge. He also has not properly maintained our house despite the frequent maintenance requests we sent in. If this continues, I will be forced to sue.nnUPDATE: Now, we have been having mail arriving at a neighbors house, yet they never brought it to us. Even some bank statements have been kept by them. And this is after WE brought over their mail that wrongfully arrived at OUR house. They never returned the favor though and are currently lying through their teeth about never receiving any of our mail. Plus, they started trying to threaten and attack me out in the street in broad daylight after I confronted them about the mail.
