Hometown Carpet Cleaning

I used Hometown Carpet Cleaning when I moved into a home with 20-year-old carpet with stains and pet odors. It looked and smelled BRAND NEW when he was finished, and the entire thing from arrival to departure took about an hour for 900 SF. The price was lower than the three other services I called, he was able to come within 4 days of my initial call, and he answered all my questions quickly via text (which I preferred) beforehand. Fantastic service and value, and very trustworthy.

When I saw the reviews, I thought it sounded too good to be true. Rest assured, this is a five star business 100%. Nathan is very knowledgeable and did an amazing job. I would recommend to anyone who even thinks they need this service.

I called Hometown in the morning requesting services on a studio apartment. Nathan called me back within a very short time. He asked questions of my needs and offered availability for same day service!!! When he arrived he explained his process and types of treatments. Nathan was not only efficient and very professional, but was very gracious on price!!! I would recommend Hometown and feel confident they would receive the same superior service.

Great service from an expert. Nathan is knowledgeable and really into what he does. It shows because he does it very well. He was punctual and worked at a good pace. He took his time explaining what he was going to do and why, which products he was going to apply and how. Knocked out the job in about an hour. He went above and beyond with what he did. And when we was all done he cleaned up after himself nicely. Payment was easy and straightforward. Oh, and all the pet hair and odors...completely gone! I highly recommend Hometown Carpet Cleaning. Punctuality > We agree on a time, and he follows thru. Great to have someone in the service industry that you can trust and rely on. Just a note on our recent need for an apartment carpet cleaned > the tenants were less than clean including the care of their pets. We were considering flooring replacement thinking chances would be slim for both odor and stain removal, but due to timing we went in favor of having Hometown Carpet clean to at least see if that would reasonably refresh the carpet. We were shocked upon inspection to see nearly all traces of stains gone and... the smell too! This is a real review, I’m just so thankful to have this problem solved so quickly and thoroughly.
