UPDATE: I have changed my rating to 3 stars. After writing my review, I was contacted by a very nice man named JR. JR was understanding and helpful. He was able to issue me a credit for past invoices as well as confirming that the item was removed from the account and would no longer be billed. I will say that the delivery drivers are great. If you ever have issues with your rep, I recommend going directly to customer relations. :)nnWarning, if your business needs change, unifirst will not work with you. Instead they will site your original agreement as a 5 year contract.... if you said you needed 50 towels a week, then a year later decide you no longer need them to bring those towels... they will stop bringing them but never take them off of your bill until the end of the contract. Very shady, very self serving. I DO NOT recommend this company. Don't be like me.... Take your business elsewhere.

Working at UniFirst was an incredibly rewaring experience. Can say from first hand experience and conversations that the customer is truly first in the minds of their leadership and service team. Have seen the service fix broken programs from other vendors week after week. Portland location fully embraces the customers for life UniFirst motto.

UniFirst offers great service! I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a service company to make your company look professional. On-time and very affordable! Ask for Ashley, she is a great customer service rep!

UniFirst is an amazing company. Our driver Danny Buggs is by far the best service employee for any uniform company I have ever had the pleasure working with. He is professional, courteous, detailed oriented and for once. someone that I don't have to double check his work and make sure we are stocked. if it wasn't for his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. Then this review wouldn't happen. Thank you UniFirst and thank you Danny Buggs. This guy deserves recognition for his hard work and ethics. I applaud you good man.

One is always skeptical when changing uniform services. There will always be some issues in a partnership. It is how one goes about dealing with these issues that separates them from the next person. J R and Philippe have gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Kudos to both for responding to the account needs as our partnership continues to grow. UniFirst Portland is lucky to have these guys as their point of contact with the customers. Two thumbs up.
