Would give five stars but when I picked up my wedding dress there was a tiny rip in it on the front. I noticed it right away. But the person who I was dealing with shrugged it off without a single care. Only stating that if they would have noticed it when they pressed my dress they would have fixed it free of charge. Um you could have offered to FIX it since it happened during your cleaning process.
My item is completely ruined and they will not compensate. I understand mistakes happen but how this was handled is unacceptable. **UPDATE** In response to your comments -nnyou are wrong. This item was $258. 100% Wool Snuggle Me Organic, not $99. Wether I got this as a gift or bought it myself shouldn’t factor into the conversation at all because regardless, it is completely ruined. My review was fair in my opinion because you said you could clean it and when it was destroyed in your care, you refused to compensate me for my item. Yes, you did offer me $50 credit to you cleaners which I declined because I don’t trust that our items won’t be destroyed in your care. I never leave reviews but I believe your business should take into account that mishaps will happen on your end and you should compensate people accordingly. Yes, it will be a loss on your end but that’s something that I would pay out if I were in your shoes because I feel it’s the right thing to do.nnThis continues to be such an unprofessional and unpleasant experience with basically being called a liar after my property was ruined in Hood Center Cleaners care. Ridiculous.
These people always ALWAYS go above and beyond when I bring random cleaning and mending projects to them. Their work is the best!!
The staff/owners are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I needed some suit pants tailored and the turnaround time was quick and easy. High quality work.
I love the customer service and helpfulness at this place. This is definitely my permanent go-to for any alterations dry cleaning repairs laundry etc etc. They're always so warm and friendly and totally brighten up my day and not to mention the excellent Queen that they do in a very timely manner. A+++
