My mother has used this cleaner for quite some time. She left several expensive drapes panels for them to be dry cleaned. When she went back for pick up two of them had been shredded and ruined. Will was very rude and unapologetic. She still was required to pay for service of the destroyed $600 drapes. She was shocked not only about her drapes but his bad attitude towards her as well. Quality cleaners does not care about customer satisfaction and the quality of service. I do not recommend anyone go to or support the business practices of Quality Cleaners!
