I brought in a pair of work pants with several seems coming undone. The work they did was impeccable and you can't tell where they patched and repaired. They were finished on time and for a good price.
If there was a zero star rating I would be giving them zero stars. First of all my pants weren’t finished on time I dropped them off Tuesday and was told to pick them up Friday after 3pm. I chose this location because I have a baby and it’s convenient with the drive thru window. But their service is ridiculous; when I went to pickup my pants they said “they are not ready” and nothing more! No time to get them no more information was given to me.nnTo make matters worse after I finally pickup my two pairs of pants that were to be altered by 2 inches ONLY ONE PAIR OF PANTS WERE ALTERED. So after all of that they did not even complete their job. I will never go back to this place for service and I feel that people need to know what could possibly happen to them if they use No. 1 USA dry cleaners. You will be disappointed.
Nice people, followed through with what they said that they would do.
I have used these cleaners for a long time, I love the service and the owner even helped me carry my load to the car. I will continue using them every time I need cleaning services.
