We use their service often and all of their agents seem to be the friendliest that we have ever encountered helpful even if they're not doing the transaction or for us or for a purchase. Lots of very knowledgeable and experienced Realtors. and I pester them off and looking for answers as to where to get types of services or things that we want that we don't know the area good enough to locate they always are helpful.

Do not do any working with “Vince.” Long story there. There is also a severe lack of respect towards younger tenants and first time renters. Also don’t bother cleaning your house whenever you move out. They’re going to take away your deposit and say that they professionally cleaned it anyway.

From the moment we started looking for home in the Harrison area, we worked with Diane Mitchell and could not have asked for a better agent. Awful Just Awful. Had price change and Realtor made it. Then asked for a week to get yard ect cleaned up a bit better for showing. Realtor said no problem. He had access to call me to show the place anytime. But chose to de list it without my written approval, and stated that it was because he did not have a key in the lock box and it was against MLS regulations. Bunch of Melllarkkkie. Not honest at all. Then called to talk to owner, of business Missed his call, called back 3 times got voicemail, then a text message saying owner is busy with clients. Will update on how long takes to get a return call.
