I lived here for 4 years and it was good. They did make it easy sense I had come in out of state and needed a place quickly.nnIf there is a problem it lies with just some of the people they will rent to. It's good for the price but the location is a bit far from everything. But now with the area building up that will probably change soon.

Recommend because they provide good value for the money. woodfloor, open kitchen, spacious living room! Their maintenance is a little slow but the landlord do care about the tenants and do get them addressed.

I currently live here. The only reason. It gets four stars is that maintenance is sometimes a little slow. I have no problems from my neighbors. It's nice and quiet. Fees are outlined in the rental agreement and are typical for an apartment. Late fee, monthly pet fee, initial pet deposit. You get reminders of rent due through email and text if you sign up for it. It is not harassment, it is reminders. If you're not late there's no problems. Liane is very nice. I have never had a negative experience with her. I really never have much a need to contact her. The two bed two bath apartment I live in is very spacious with lots of storage. The apartment I moved into had been painted, new blinds, new carpet, and new laminate floors in the living area and new tiles in the bathrooms and kitchen.

The apt is fine, but I was definitely misinformed about the cost of utilities. two room( one bedroom ) apt is 214.00 a month instead of the roughly 100 a month I was told; haven't turned on the heat or AC. When I asked the Apt Mgr why I was misinformed by her, she said she was quoting 3 years ago. Yet I asked her 2 months ago shortly before I moved in here( have the text saved on my cellphone ). I have great credit and had to put down over a 200 deposit initially for utilities. Quite the scam on sewage as each apt pays 40 a month alone for that; that doesn't include the water cost. The utilities are roughly 40 of the cost to rent the apt which runs 625 a month. DO NOT RENT HERE.nnUpdatenIt is now 74 degrees in here and at one point 79 degrees; I haven't turned on the heat since I moved in. It gets so fricking hot in here that my dog is constantly panting ( its December for Christ sake ). The apartment managers suggestion is that I turn on the air conditioning to cool it off. This is out of control !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
