Tessa became a part of our team when we were having troubles with another agency. She walked us through the departure from the other company and set us up very nicely. She has been incredibly responsive on any issues that have come up, and has our best interest in heart. Updates and invoices are always on time. This is incredibly important to us as we live outside the state.
