This was my first time to use an apartment locating service and to my delight, I had the opportunity to be paired up with Stephanie from smart city. Stephanie Is the real deal and she really cares about finding you a place that is catered to what your looking for. She was very responsive over text messaging (which is amazing because we all know how truly convenient that is) and when she said he was going to do something, she followed through every time. Stephanie makes you feel like a friend and makes the apartment search easy and fun. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I certainly would.

We were moving to the area from Atlanta to work in Northwest Arkansas. We weren't too familiar with the area so we decided to look for an apartment locator to help us which has turned out to be a god send.
